sinohosting.net in China and kowloonhosting.com in Hong Kong. If the server is to run a website then China may not be an option for you as you need to be registered as a company there first to obtain the necessary business licenses

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICP_license for some more info. Basically the government wants to control what types of websites are hosted in the country and what websites its citizens have access to.
