Thread: [HIRING] I have to hire a web designer!

I am going to be needing someone that can dedicated a lot of time to design me full page sites, logos, graphics, and various other things, I haven't opened to the market due to not having anyone, I am not look-ing for someone that will do a single project, I'm look-ing for someone that can do ALL of my projects, and that is reliable and can actually dedicated at least time to do, 2 sites a week, for a good price as to where I can charge the customer and make a decent amount of money, I will be mainly doing local businesses in my areas, but these will not be small business, I'm talking million dollar companies, so I need someone that is professional and can work with me personally, and I can chat with them via, MSN, EMAIL, and PHONE, and can give me ETA when things will be done, and quotes BEFORE the projects are started, I don't want anyone that will be charging on a hourly rate, or will be a PER project, The money will be given after I show it to the customer, and they make sure it's to there liking, in case we need to change anything, like spelling errors, logos, or something they don't like, If your not comfortable doing this, then your not the right person, I don't have time to deal with kids, I run a large hosting company, I will also start advertising it on my site, so I may also hire you as a full time job at my company if you are very reliable.

I will not give the customer the product until I receive the payment, but I would need to show them it up and running on my server, I will also provide you, your own hosting account so you can upload things to my server and test out things, and see how they are look-ing in a real environment, and you can even host a personal site for yourself including a web design company.

Payments would be made within 3 days of me receiving the money from the customer, I would pay you via Paypal, Money Order, Check, or any other method you would like.

I am look-ing for a long term employee, so if you can only do this temporary, I will not consider you, If you don't have time to dedicated several hours a week, you probably won't work out. You can be in any state, country in the world, as long as you can speak decent English in case I need to call you to change things, or any other reason.

I haven't advertised any of my things yet, but when I do start getting the word out, I know there will be a lot of business, and might even be too much where I may need to hire 2-3 employee's, so I maybe look-ing for other people, or even if you have friends that can help too.

Make sure you send me some of your work you have done, from sites, logos, graphics, flash, or anything that I can look at, urls, screenshots, or anything, If you have a lot of things to look at it just .ZIP/.RAR them and email them to me.

The reason "look-ing" has a dash in it is the forum software keeps telling me I can't use overly common words which is retarded.
